How to fix Dock not working in Nintendo Switch?
As we mentioned, there are many reasons for the connection issue, so if you want to fix it, the first thing we recommend that you do is to restart the switch. To do this you will need to unplug the HDMI cable from the switch base and press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds, this should correct the problem, but if it doesn’t then there are still several things you can try.
If you still haven’t fixed the problem, we recommend that you disconnect the cables from the Switch Docks, then you will need to reconnect the power cable to the Switch Docks, the next to connect is the cable Power Switch Dock and finally, the Nintendo Switch based.
Make sure your power cord is functioning properly and is providing sufficient voltage to the Switch docking station, as this can cause even more serious problems. Also, be sure to verify that the power cord is plugged directly into the outlet and not into an extension cord.
